Job Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
Must have reliable transportation to work
Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts
Must maintain good attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend and stoop
Ability to work around heat and others in close quarters
Ability to move throughout the restaurant to work specific stations or perform assigned tasks
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably
Ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

Enrollment in high school
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with others as a team
Ability to comfortably interact with guests
Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties
Problem solving skills
Ability to take initiative

Job Duties

Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
Follows all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
Takes appropriate actions to ensure guests receive service beyond expectations
Works assigned position(s) accurately and productively
Cleans and stocks assigned area(s)
Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
Ensures all guests receive hot, quality food prepared, packaged, and delivered according to Menu Standards
Handles all food products according to company procedures
Follows food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
