The Crew Member position at Carl's Jr. is an entry-level role that plays a vital part in the day-to-day success of the restaurant. Crew Members are responsible for performing a variety of duties that ensure each guest receives outstanding service and premium quality food products. Their responsibilities range from food preparation and packaging to maintaining cleanliness and safety within the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation to work
  • must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
  • must be able and willing to work flexible hours, days including weekends, holidays, and possibly including opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
  • follows all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
  • works assigned position(s) accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks the assigned area(s)
  • performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensures that all guests receive hot, quality food prepared, packaged, and delivered according to Menu Standards
  • handles all food products according to company procedures, including any food preparation procedures as assigned
  • follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees
