Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have telephone or other reliable communication method
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to work around heat and in close quarters
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably
- Ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Ability to interact comfortably with all guests
- Ability to view restaurant operations from a guest's perspective
- Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks

Job Duties
- Provide a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- Follow all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned position(s) accurately and productively
- Clean and stock assigned area(s)
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- Prepare, package, and deliver all products according to Menu Standards
- Handle all food products according to company procedures including food preparation
- Follow all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
