Job Requirements

  • desire to learn how to cook extensively
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • capable of working both full-time and part-time
  • available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • enthusiasm for learning cooking and food preparation skills
  • friendly and positive attitude
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare fresh food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
  • learn and adhere to food safety and quality guidelines
  • collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • assist in stocking and inventory management as needed
  • participate actively in training and development opportunities
