Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- possess a passion for helping and serving both customers and team members
- desire to learn how to cook extensively
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiasm for learning food preparation techniques
- ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- adhere to food safety and quality standards
- participate in training and development programs
