Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications

- Minimum age of 16 years
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Learn and work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Adhere to Chipotle's food safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support efforts to promote sustainability and responsible sourcing
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
