Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using microwaves or freezers
- Operate confidently across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Assist in training and supporting team members
- Uphold Chipotle's brand standards and sustainability goals
- Participate actively in ongoing learning and development opportunities
