Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years old
  • have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • demonstrate a passion for helping and serving others
  • desire to learn how to cook extensively
  • be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • enthusiasm for learning and cooking
  • friendly and team-oriented attitude
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties

  • prepare real food by hand daily without freezers microwaves or can openers
  • provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • work confidently at any station including grill cashier prep salsa and expo
  • participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
  • support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • assist with inventory and supply management as needed
