Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience required but a desire to learn and grow is essential
- Must comply with Chipotle’s policies and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Willingness to learn how to cook and work at multiple stations
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle’s quality standards and procedures
- Support training and mentoring of new team members
