Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation

- Willingness to undergo training and follow company procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills extensively

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily following Chipotle's quality standards
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Engage in continuous learning and training to improve skills
