Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for serving others
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food safely and consistently by hand at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in all training programs and continuously develop skills
