Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for serving others
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare real food safely and consistently by hand at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety standards and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in all training programs and continuously develop skills
- Uphold company values and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Support efforts to cultivate sustainable food practices through daily work activities
