Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or fast-casual restaurants beneficial but not required

- Willingness to learn multiple job roles and cooking techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand using fresh ingredients at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Engage in continuous learning and participate in training programs
