Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Desire to learn cooking and restaurant operations
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Able to meet physical demands of the job

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for food quality and guest experience
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Follow food safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills
  • Uphold Chipotle's standards for responsible sourcing and sustainability
