Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
- Pass any applicable background checks and comply with company policies
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks including lifting and carrying
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and follow all food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and team members
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to speak the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Learn and adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold company values of sustainability and responsible sourcing
- Participate actively in training and development programs
