Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service
- Commitment to Chipotle’s values of quality, sustainability, and customer service
- Ability to learn and follow detailed food preparation instructions
Job Qualifications

- No prior food service experience required but is a plus
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Learn and implement Chipotle’s recipes and preparation techniques
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant environment
- Support inventory and stock management as needed
