Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • prepare real food by hand without freezers or microwaves
  • work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
  • participate in training and development programs
  • support efforts to shift the future of farming and food
