Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
meet local labor laws and age requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous food service or customer service experience a plus but not required
strong communication skills
friendly and enthusiastic attitude
passion for helping and serving customers and team members
willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
prepare real food by hand without freezers or microwaves
work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
participate in training and development programs
support efforts to shift the future of farming and food
