Job Requirements
- Available to work overnight shifts usually 6 hours
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, holidays
- Previous experience in a quick service restaurant or bakery preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes
- Must work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Previous experience as a baker/finisher preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience as a cake decorator preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to work well in a team
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and creativity for cake decorating
- Understanding of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Work well in a team environment
- Execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures to produce consistent, high-quality baked products
- Decorate cakes according to design standards
- Manage cake and icing inventory and maintain sanitation
