Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- possess a passion for serving customers and supporting the team
- willing to learn how to cook extensively
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the location
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- enthusiasm for learning new skills
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily with no use of freezers or microwaves
- work confidently across grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
- provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- contribute to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- support team members and collaborate to meet restaurant goals
- uphold Chipotle’s standards for food quality and sustainability
- participate in training and development opportunities
