Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Assist in food safety and quality control measures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
