Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene protocols
- legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for learning how to cook and serve others
- ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- participate in comprehensive training programs
- uphold company standards for food safety and cleanliness
- support team members and assist with daily restaurant operations
- contribute to a positive work environment
