Chipotle offers competitive hourly pay, with this position’s base pay ranging from $16.75 to $17.75 per hour, along with eligibility for digital tips. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes tuition assistance covering up to 100 percent of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, and medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Paid time off, holiday closures, and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
