Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving food supplies
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Strong teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand each day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist in training new employees and support team learning
- Handle digital tips and cash register transactions accurately
- Promote and support sustainable and responsible sourcing practices
