Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to follow instructions and restaurant policies
- Reliable transportation to the work location
- Ability to lift and carry items as required for food preparation and service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Passion for cooking and learning new food preparation techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily following Chipotle's standards
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
