Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is an asset but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant
- Work confidently across all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle’s food safety and preparation standards
- Support and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Engage in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
