Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is an asset but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant
  • Work confidently across all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow Chipotle’s food safety and preparation standards
  • Support and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Engage in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
