Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly
- Prepare and assemble authentic Jersey Mike's sub sandwiches according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work and dining areas
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including proper food handling
- Support store leadership by taking initiative and learning new skills
