Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to health and safety standards without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in ongoing training to improve culinary skills and customer interaction
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Support efforts for sustainable food practices through daily responsibilities
