Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work full or part-time
- Commitment to uphold Chipotle's values and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

- Desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to Chipotle's quality standards
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining space
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist in training new team members
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals
