Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Physical ability to perform job tasks such as standing, lifting, and using food preparation equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or fast-casual environment a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Participate actively in team efforts to maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Learn and adhere to food safety and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Assist in training new employees and supporting their development
