Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Friendly, enthusiastic attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support efforts in sustainability and responsible sourcing
Engage in training and skill development opportunities
