Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background checks as required
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food items by following Chipotle's recipes and food safety standards
- Operate grill, cashier, and prep stations efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a friendly dining atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in training new team members
- Support digital ordering and tipping systems as required
