Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Capability to use restaurant equipment including register, headset, and grill
- Commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Prepare high-quality food items in accordance with Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and headsets
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift
- Follow safety and health guidelines to ensure food quality and employee safety
- Assist team members and management in daily operations
