Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for 30 minutes a shift
  • Occasionally lift and or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Ability to push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
  • Good eye-hand coordination to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects
  • Ability to climb ladder for storing or retrieving materials
  • Willingness to work any assigned shift including day, night, and overnight
  • Reliable onsite attendance
  • Reside in or relocate to Chapel Hill, NC before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in sales associate or cashiering roles beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team

Job Duties
