Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand following Chipotle's standards and recipes
- Operate at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations in food preparation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Support training and development of new crew members
