This position offers competitive compensation, with a base pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips. More than just pay, Chipotle offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; holiday closures; free food during shifts; and tuition assistance covering up to 100 percent of select degree programs or up to $5,250 annually.
