Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and service
- Willingness to follow Chipotle's policies and procedures
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- Desire and willingness to learn cooking skills extensively
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency
- Uphold Chipotle's food safety and quality standards
- Participate in training programs and support continuous learning
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
