As a Moe's Crew Member, your core responsibility is to provide outstanding guest service, ensuring that every interaction is made with a positive attitude and energy, exemplified by the welcoming phrase, "Welcome to Moe's." You will be part of a team that prioritizes creating an atmosphere of 'Awesomeness,' fostering collaboration and fun throughout your shift. The job demands self-discipline, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills, along with a neat, clean appearance and excellent communication capabilities. The physical aspects of the job include prolonged standing, bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and handling restaurant equipment that can be hot, cold, or otherwise hazardous. Accountability is also essential in this role as you will report to General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders.
