The compensation for this position ranges between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour and is supplemented by digital tips, reflecting Chipotle’s commitment to competitive and fair pay. In addition to the hourly wage, team members gain access to an extensive benefits package including tuition assistance with up to 100% coverage for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free meals, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holiday closures.
