We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team in the role of Food Service Associate. This position is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our daily service and ensuring that every customer receives their order accurately and promptly. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for assembling food orders correctly within specific time goals, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, restrooms, and workstations, preparing and serving various hot food items such as sandwiches, chili, baked potatoes, and fries, stocking and serving beverages, and operating the cash register according to company policies.

In addition to direct customer interaction, you will be tasked with prepping the store for opening and closing responsibilities, which include restocking supplies and cleaning food preparation and storage areas. This entry-level position requires no prior experience; however, it offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork. To succeed in this role, candidates should be at least 16 years of age and must possess all necessary documents and permits to work in accordance with state and federal law. Basic knowledge of computers or cash register systems is helpful but not mandatory.

Working in a high-traffic environment, you must be capable of standing for extended periods, often up to six hours, and be comfortable lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly. You will also need to effectively hear food orders through a headphone or intercom system and work at a three-foot hamburger grilling station where physical stamina is essential. This position may require working variable shifts to meet business demands, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
