The role being offered is that of a Team Member at Chipotle, a critical position within each restaurant that helps deliver the unique and high-quality Chipotle experience. This is an entry-level position that welcomes candidates from all backgrounds, including those with no prior experience in food service. The role involves preparation of food by hand every day, embodying Chipotle’s philosophy of freshness and quality—no freezers, microwaves, or can openers are used in the kitchens. Team members receive exceptional training to rotate through various workstations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, equipping them with comprehensive skills and confidence in different areas of the restaurant operation.

Job Requirements
