Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum one year of restaurant experience
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of restaurant experience
  • Previous seafood handling experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to Ivar's recipes and standards
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and kitchen areas
  • Greet and interact with customers to provide excellent service and answer questions
  • Assist in receiving and stocking inventory to ensure product availability
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy service hours
