Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including weekends and holidays
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- willing to learn and provide excellent customer service
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods
- able to lift and move at least 20 pounds

- able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- previous experience in high volume customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
- experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- capable of lifting a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor trampoline courts for safety compliance and guest well-being
- serve customers in the café by preparing and presenting food and beverages
- host and manage birthday parties and special events ensuring customer satisfaction
- assist at the front desk with membership sales and guest check-in processes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of park areas
- provide friendly and effective communication with guests and team members
- enforce park rules and safety protocols to prevent accidents
