Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant work
- Willingness to learn and follow all safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand according to Chipotle's standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently in various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in training and development opportunities
