Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- desire to learn how to cook extensively
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- authorized to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work as part of a team
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food daily using authentic ingredients
- operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service fostering a friendly environment
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- adhere to company policies and procedures
