Job Duties
- Go out of your way to be friendly with clients and colleagues
- Look, act and become a friendly college hunk by maintaining uniform and attitude
- Educate clients about pricing and services to ensure satisfaction
- Safely operate moving equipment and vehicles at all times
- Perform daily truck inspections including tire pressure and equipment checks
- Ensure truck is stocked with necessary receipts, safety equipment, and marketing material
- Price jobs aggressively meeting and surpassing sales benchmarks
- Make logistical decisions regarding disposal, donation, recycling, job completion, packaging, and loading
- Lead your team by demonstrating core company values
- Train new hires in daily operations and company culture
- Complete daily checklists
- Prevent careless and costly mistakes like damage or injury
- Check-in regularly with supervisor for assignments and troubleshooting
