Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
  • ability to work weekends
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • willingness to adhere to company policies including no smoking or vaping during shifts

  • experience working with seafood preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare food items following recipes and safety standards
  • cook seafood and other menu items to order
  • operate cash registers and handle customer payments
  • greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
  • follow health and safety regulations
  • assist in training new employees
