Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a restaurant/kitchen environment with varying temperature conditions
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Strong integrity and honesty
- Ability to handle cash accurately without errors

- Ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs

Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in either a food service or retail environment is preferred
- Experience in providing customer service
- Desire to grow in the food industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
- Knowledge of simple math and its application to receive and disburse cash
- Ability to operate cash register
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Offers friendly service to all guests
- Takes customer orders, maintains fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations
- Operates grill and sandwich maker in an efficient and safe manner
- Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintains the restaurant with regards to cleanliness, neatness and customer accessibility
- Uses the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets
