Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various restaurant roles
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly restaurant atmosphere
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
  • Learn and develop cooking and service skills through provided training
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
