Job Requirements

Must be at least 15 years old with appropriate work permits
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Must pass background check as applicable
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with reliable work ethic

Job Duties

Provide exceptional guest service maintaining a positive attitude
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, baked goods, and snacks following brand recipes
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in all work areas
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations
Follow safety guidelines and uphold company policies and brand standards
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Receive and incorporate feedback from supervisors to improve performance
