Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 15 years old with appropriate work permits
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must pass background check as applicable
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service maintaining a positive attitude
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, baked goods, and snacks following brand recipes
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in all work areas
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations
  • Follow safety guidelines and uphold company policies and brand standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from supervisors to improve performance
