Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or customer service roles is beneficial but not required
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
friendly and enthusiastic attitude
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily ensuring quality and freshness
operate different work stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly dining atmosphere
follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
collaborate with team members maintaining a clean and organized workspace
assist in training and mentoring new crew members
handle cash and digital payments accurately
