Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in foodservice or hospitality is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for service
  • Willingness to learn new skills including cooking and customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day
  • Work across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Receive and incorporate training to develop culinary and service skills
  • Support team efforts to promote sustainable and socially responsible practices
