Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in foodservice or hospitality is helpful but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for service
- Willingness to learn new skills including cooking and customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain food quality and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Receive and incorporate training to develop culinary and service skills
- Support team efforts to promote sustainable and socially responsible practices
