Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh food made to order following Chipotle's recipes and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate various kitchen and cashier stations including grill, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
  • Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
